Instructions for use:
For sitz bath: add 1/2 cup of herbal soak to included muslin sachet. Steep sachet in 2 cups of hot water and add to sitz bath.
For large bath tub: Add 1/2 cup of herbal soak to included muslin sachet. Steep herbal sachet in 2 cups of hot water while filling the tub. Add the sachet and steeped water infusion to tub.
